Frequently Asked Questions

Can I choose the furniture used in my property?

We handle the furniture selection based on what suits the property and the target buyer. That said, if you have a particular style in mind or something you’d like us to consider, we’re always open to a conversation. In most cases, our role is to keep things cohesive and aligned with the sale, rather than mixing too many directions.

How long is the staging hire for?

Our standard hire period is 6 weeks, which generally lines up with most sales campaigns across Australia. But sometimes campaigns run a little longer than expected, especially depending on location or timing. Just let us know ahead of time and we’ll organise an extension that works.

What happens if the property sells before 6 weeks?

That’s a good outcome. If the home sells early, we’ll organise collection in line with settlement or agent guidance. We keep things flexible so you’re not locked into unnecessary time.

Do you use your own furniture?

Yes, everything comes from our own warehouse. This gives us more control over the overall look and means we can style consistently across different property types without relying on external suppliers.

Can you use some of my existing furniture?

In some cases, yes. It depends on the condition, style, and how it fits within the overall plan. We’ll usually flag this during the walkthrough if it makes sense to incorporate anything.

Do I need to move out during the styling period?

For full property staging, the home is typically vacant. That allows us to present the space clearly and keep everything consistent for photos and inspections. If you’re unsure, we can talk through options based on your situation.

How far in advance should I book styling?

Ideally, a couple of weeks before your campaign starts. Some periods get busy, especially spring and early summer, so earlier bookings tend to give you more flexibility with timing.

Do you stage Airbnb and display homes differently?

We do. Each service has a slightly different focus. Airbnb styling leans more toward creating a memorable stay and appealing photos, while display homes are about showing a lifestyle buyers can step into. Property staging sits somewhere in between, with a stronger focus on sale outcomes.
