Behind the Styling – Arthi Kumar
Backed by a strong interior design foundation and experience in both residential and commercial projects, she worked for an award-winning design firm in India from 2012, managing the end-to-end design process – interpreting client briefs, developing concepts, selecting finishes, and delivering projects within defined timelines.
To further refine her expertise, she undertook a Master’s in Valuation and Property Development at Bond University, Australia, gaining advanced insight into market dynamics, asset valuation, and buyer behavior.
Today, her work in property staging and styling is shaped by both experiences. It is not only about presentation, but about making informed decisions that support a property’s positioning and appeal in the market.
